This is for the best, and we’ll make the best of the circumstances.
First, don’t get disheartened. Social distance does not mean disconnection. Stay connected with friends and family by phone, email, chat and video conferencing as often as you can.
Though you are sheltered in place, continue to exercise and train.
Hunker down with more online learning. If you are having trouble with it, whether its technical difficulty, discomfort from constant screen time, agitation from studying in isolation, or anything unpleasant or negative, then reach out to a school staff member, friend or family. Also seek some guidance from trusted sources such as these:
